What We Do for Our Local Communities

Since 1982, the legal professionals at the Law Office of Edward A. Smith (AutoAccident.com) have fiercely advocated on behalf of injured residents of Sacramento and other Northern California cities.

In keeping with our community-oriented ethos, the attorneys and staff employed by our firm have engaged in numerous service projects throughout our region. Below are some ways the staff at AutoAccident.com have worked to give back to the local community.

  • Country in The Park

Our AutoAccident.com team was honored to participate in the Country in The Park event and to interact with the festival’s attendees. The sold-out two-day celebration of country music took place on May 5-6, 2023, at Cal Expo and attracted thousands of people. At our booth, visitors had the opportunity to learn more about our areas of expertise, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, and wrongful death cases.

Our team members provided information about our legal services and answered questions. In addition, to giving out guitar picks and other swag items, we offered a raffle for a $500 gift card from Guitar Center. This exciting opportunity attracted many participants, and we were thrilled to announce Rachel Moses as the lucky winner. Our legal team is proud to make a positive presence and to showcase our commitment to serving the Sacramento community and beyond. Read our blog post on the Country in The Park event.

  • Golf & Guitars – a KNCI Music Festival

It was a fun-filled day on the golf course as golfers played alongside Country music artists, who participated in the tournament before taking center stage and performing in an acoustic concert under the stars. The Golf & Guitars events benefit the Morton Golf Foundation, which helps to enrich the lives of hundreds of underserved children annually. Since 2008, the popular outdoor event has raised more than $1.5 million for children’s programs. Read our blog post on the Golf & Guitars event.

  • Pandemic Food Assistance

In May 2020, AutoAccident.com took notice of the challenges faced by vulnerable residents within our community during the COVID-19 pandemic. Driven by our firm’s deep-rooted commitment to supporting our community, we sought to make a tangible difference at a grassroots level. Recognizing the urgent need for assistance, we launched a food assistance program for our clients, both past and present. We understood that our clients, who had already experienced the impact of accidents or injuries, might be particularly vulnerable during these unprecedented times. By offering this program, we aimed to alleviate their worries and provide them with vital support during this challenging period.

At AutoAccident.com, our dedication to our clients extends far beyond legal matters. We are committed to being a source of support and compassion in their lives, particularly during difficult times. The food assistance program exemplified our values and served as a tangible reminder that we are here to help our clients navigate the legal complexities of their cases and the challenges that life may present.
