A New York native, Mr. Smith relocated to Sacramento following his discharge from the U.S. Air Force after serving in an Airborne flight unit from 1969-1970. With a passion for law, he attended UC Davis, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He then went on to earn his law degree from McGeorge School of Law, where he opened his law practice, the Law Offices of Edward A. Smith, in 1982.
Since then, Mr. Smith has dedicated himself to helping individuals and families who have suffered serious injuries or wrongful death due to accidents caused by others. He has won many challenging personal injury cases, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death cases, livestock accidents, dog attacks, and watercraft accidents.
