Kris Daly

Kris Daly joined the Law Offices of Edward A. Smith in 2025 as a legal assistant. After working for doctor’s offices for years, she began working in the legal field as a secretary for a criminal attorney.  Since then she worked in insurance defense, personal injury, employment law, and Tribal Law.  Her medical background has given her knowledge and an advantage regarding medical facilities, medical care and understanding of injuries and treatment options.  Insurance defense gave her an understanding of the opposition in personal injury cases and insight into the thought patterns and procedures of defense counsel.  Due to her inclination to help people in need, she has continued to work in personal injury in our office.  In her time off, Kris prefers to be outdoors, hiking, camping, snowshoeing, traveling and scuba diving.
