Patricia Garcia

Patricia Garcia joined the Law Offices of Edward A. Smith in 2024. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis, where she focused her studies on Political Science and English with an emphasis in critical theory. She also earned her Paralegal Certificate at UC Davis. Patricia gained early experience working for a local Congressman in Washington, D.C., where she developed a strong interest in law and helping others.

At the office, she contributes to a variety of roles, from creating website content and blogs to assisting attorneys with case work, as well as managing front desk duties, and client consultations.
Outside of work, Patricia enjoys exploring nature, spending time with family, discovering new places, and watching football, with the 49ers as her favorite team. Ambitious and adventurous, she embraces challenges and approaches every opportunity with curiosity and determination.
