I got the opportunity to intern for Edward A Smith law offices during the summer after I graduated high school. I was open to lots of career paths, and realized that interning here would be an amazing opportunity for me to learn more about the law industry. This was my first time interning anywhere, and looking back, I am so grateful and humble for the valuable experience and networking opportunities working at the law firm. I was initially a bit nervous to start due to the nature of starting my first internship and being in a professional setting, but everyone at the law firm, especially Jeanette helped me feel comfortable working in the office. Through Jeanette specifically, I got to learn so much information about working in an office setting, such as how to time manage and fully be attentive to every task you’re involved in. Interning here was an amazing opportunity, and I would recommend to anyone wanting to gain more experience in the law industry to intern at Edward A Smith law offices.
